Titles published between 1 April 2023 and 30 November 2023 must be submitted no later than 5pm, Wednesday 13 December 2023.

Entries for titles published between 1 December 2023 and 31 March 2024 open on Thursday 14 December 2023 and close on Friday 9 February 2024.

All fields marked with an * are compulsory.
