Titles published between 1 April 2019 and 30 November 2019 must be submitted no later than 5pm, Thursday 12 December 2019.

Entries for titles published between 1 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 open on Friday 13 December 2019 and close on Friday 21 February 2020.

All fields marked with an * are compulsory.
